Directional All-Mountain Freestyle

Truflex Core: Similar to the reflex core but engineered for a smoother ride, the Truflex core technology contributes more structural strength to the board. Each Truflex core features a high strength-to-weight wood-construction ration that is uniquely profiled to allow terrific response for all-around riding.

Ultralight Quadrax with Carbon: By utilizing 10 to 20 carbon stringers that are stitched into the glass, we are able to use an even lighter Quadrax and less epoxy for a lighter & more responsive ride. Carbon offers one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of any glass fiber on the market and provides superior pop.

Whiskey Royale: The Whiskey Royale construction offers a slightly tamer version than the Whiskey Double Malt, utilizing reinforced energy plates with a layer of rubber benath the binding's toe and heel areas to allow for quick, easy turning and improved energy transmission. This innovation translates to remarkable edge hold on hard-pack snow and challenging terrain with the same freedom for a smooth, easy ride with a 25% increased compression strength.

DT Sidecut: Dual Transitional. The DT incorporates a tight radius sidecut for maximum edge contact at the apex of the turn with a super mellow radius toward the tip and tail. Combined with a generous blend zone, this is the most universal sidecut, allowing the rider to dictate grip & feel.

Optix NHS Sintered: The most durable base on the market, the Optix 4000 Sintered is prefused with high-grade waxes that translates to greater top-end speed. By adding nano silica particles to the crystal sintered base, a Nano High Speed base is the result. Combined with the 3-D Structurn finish our boards are lightning fast both in acceleration and top-end speed.

3-D Structurn: The first three dimensional base finish that allows for a deeper structurn pattern in the middle that fades to a clean, smooth finish just within the edge. Structurn is the most advanced finish on the market and Flow is one of the only companies in the world that utilizes this cutting edge technology. The smooth base finish along the edge also allows for increased edge speed by minimizing base burn. Structurn is made up by strategically spaced elliptical dimples that break up suction from the thin water layer that is formed while riding between the board and snow. The spacing of the dimples not only allows the board to maneuver easily, it also makes for a faster base in dry, hard snow due to the spacing of the dimples. Having a smooth base close to the edge decreases friction in colder snow conditions since suction does not happen along the edge.

Stainless Steel Treated Edges: These edges receive an additional stainless steel treatment for an edge that is harder and more durable than your average board edge and also has a treatment to fight off rust.
